Preparing for your appointment

After scheduling your appointment with us DEPOSIT $30 (non-refundable), to secure your appointment spot. This allows us to cover our time in the event you cancel your appointment. Without this deposit, we cannot guarantee your appointment spot.
You may reschedule at no additional charge up to 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Any appointments set for 6 PM or later will be charged $50 extra.
If you are running more than 20 MINUTES LATE without notice, YOU WILL BE CHARGED $30.
A COURTESY CALL AND EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO YOU IF YOU ARE RUNNING BEHIND. SO PLEASE SEND RELIABLE CONTACT INFORMATION.
Please come with your hair washed & blow-dried.
Please book accordingly to what is available on the calendar.

Hair will be provided with your service, with the exception of: Passion Twists, Kinky Twists, Faux Locs, Bohemhian Curls, and Crochet hair. After booking your appointment we can provide information on the type of hair and brand recommended to purchase.
If your hair is less than 4 inches long, please let us know ahead of time before booking. Please be aware that the price will increase.
Please come with your hair properly washed, detangled, & blow dried from root to end. There is an additional cost of $30, plus 30 minutes added service time, to be washed/blown out. Please indicate at least 48 hrs before your appointment. PLEASE DO NOT OIL YOUR HAIR.
For the best result, PLEASE AVOID FRESH TRIMS.
