Seating in our reception area is limited, therefore, we ask that you not bring the company with you to your appointment. Our salon floor is reserved for clients receiving services. Non-appointed guests will not be allowed beyond the reception area.
If you are not satisfied with the service you have received, please notify us immediately prior to leaving. We would like the opportunity to redo the service prior to your departure from the salon. We do not offer refunds on services.
Please arrive with your hair free of heavy oils/grease, twists, braids, or dirt/debris from recently removed extensions. A $25 up-charge will be applied to hair that is excessively tangled, matted, or dirty. Your appointment may need to be canceled (and charged accordingly) if your hair requires additional prep time.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment time. This allows us to cover our time in the event you cancel your appointment we can however reschedule your appointment. We cannot guarantee your booking without this deposit.
if you chose to reschedule, please know that you have up to two weeks to reschedule. if your two weeks are up, you will have to send us another $30 deposit.
As businesses have reopened and are adapting to the “new normal,” salon policies covid 19 has become a hot topic. These often include basic health practices such as asking clients to wear a face mask at an appointment, the use of hand sanitizer. This precaution will ensure all safety measures for the worker and clients.
