Preparing for your appointment

All clients must wear a mask, vaccinated or not. If you have any COVID SYMPTOMS PLEASE CANCEL IMMEDIATELY!
After scheduling your appointment with us PLEASE DEPOSIT $30, to secure your appointment spot. This allows us to cover our time in the event you cancel your appointment. Without this deposit, we cannot guarantee your appointment spot. Please write in your deposit memo your name, date, and time of your appointment.
THE DEPOSIT GOES TOWARDS YOUR FINAL COST AND THIS MUST BE IN CASH OR ZELLE.
Any appointment made after 6pm, will be charge $50 extra
If you are running 15 MINUTES LATE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED $30.
A COURTESY CALL AND EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO YOU IF YOU ARE RUNNING BEHIND. SO PLEASE SEND RELIABLE CONTACT INFORMATION
Please come with your hair washed & blow-dried.
Please book accordingly to what is available on the calendar.

Requirement

Hair will be provided with your service, except for Passion twist, kinky twist, Faux Locs, Bohemhiam curls, and crochet hair. After booking your appointment we will be providing information on the type of hair and brand to purchase.
Hair needs to be 4 inches or longer, if you have less than 4 inches please let us know ahead of time before booking. please know that the price will increase.
Please come with your hair properly washed, and detangled. & blow dried from root to end. There is an additional cost to be washed/blown out. please indicate at least 48 hrs before your appointment. PLEASE DO NOT OILY YOUR HAIR,
For the best result, PLEASE AVOID FRESH TRIMS
After you booking your appointment and send your deposit. I (Client) confirm that I have read and understood and agree to all the terms and statements in this form.

Hair must be blowout before appointment

CLIENTS ARE TO SHOW UP AT APPOINTMENTS WITH HAIR PROPERLY BLOWN OUT BEFORE BRAIDS CAN BE INSTALLED. YOU CAN ADD A BLOWOUT SERVICE IF YOU WISH TO BUT ADD YOUR BLOWOUT SERVICE WHEN BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT INITIALLY.

IF HAIR IS NOT BLOWN OUT AND WE HAVE TO ADD THAT TO YOUR SERVICE IT WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $30 PLUS ADDED 30 MINS TO YOUR SERVICE TIME.

WE ENCOURAGE CLIENTS TO COMMUNICATE THE NEED FOR A BLOWOUT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING APPOINTMENTS AS LAST-MINUTE CHANGES LIKE A BLOWOUT THROWS OTHER APPOINTMENTS AND THIS IS NOT FAIR TO OTHER CLIENTS.
